After determining that what we do for guys is a fit for you and your goals, you tell us everything we need to know about your current situation, what you want to change/improve, preferences etc. We use this information to tailor a protocol to build new habits into your life that generate the outcomes you want, then hold you accountable to achieving them.
We specialise in working with busy men on tight schedules, running a business, building a career and providing for your family aren't excuses to deprioritise your health but they do require a strategic approach for results. We only work with guys that want to become the very best version of themselves, mentally and physically. We're not here to convince blokes that being overweight or burnt out is a bad thing, that should be common sense.
Your coach is on call whenever you need, motivating, inspiring, pushing you, and holding accountable to yourself and the people in your life that depend on you. This is not a set and forget program, you have weekly face to face check-ins online, reviewing the week that was and making data backed decisions to optimise the results of the week ahead.
It varies but we work with blokes to get the fat off fast, it's not uncommon for the guys we coach to drop 10-15kg in their first 12 weeks if they apply themselves 100%
We'll work with you to determine whether we can safely support you, if we can't we'll be upfront and let you know. It's very rare that we speak to a bloke that wouldn't benefit from losing weight and improving cardio vascular fitness, medical condition or otherwise.
Yes, we gather all your personal info during your onboarding to ensure we know what you can and can't eat. We devise a tailored protocol around your unique situation, meaning no foods that you're intolerant to.
